So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund. The only thing we ask is that your items are sent back in the original condition and packaging with tags applied.

HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please email: email@example.com to let us know that you will be returning an item to be refunded or exchanged. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return instructions. You drop the item in the mail and when we receive your package your refund will be credited. Customers are responsible for return shipping. The return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: the “non-functional or defective” part means that the guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety of function of your product. In our opinion, a little scratch or knick here and there is nothing more than bragging rights that you’ve been having some fun with your gear. But if something breaks, don’t worry one bit, we’re behind you all the way.
KrazyNice products are fully guaranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year (12 months) from the original purchase date of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, or after extended use, we will repair or replace that item without charge at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence or the natural breakdown of material colors.
For guarantee evaluation, your product must be returned directly to KrazyNice. All return shipping must be pre-paid and insured. KrazyNice cannot be liable for lost in-bound/returned packages. State law requires that products accepted for replacement be clean and in its original packaging, packages will be refused and declined if returned uncleaned, damaged or not in original package.
